Who runs it

Who can enter

Anyone aged 18 or over. The prize is for families new to Beaconsfield Swimming: if your family is swimming with us when the draw is made, you aren’t drawn. One entry per email address — entering again doesn’t give you extra chances, it just keeps you in for longer.

How to enter — it’s always free

• Enter free on our monthly draw page: your name and email. No purchase or payment is ever needed.
• Enter a ticket in a school’s Golden Tickets raffle: you’re in the monthly draw too, from the day you enter. (Buying a raffle ticket is never needed to be in the monthly draw — the free entry above gives exactly the same chance.)
• If you’ve ticked yes to hearing from Beaconsfield Swimming, you’re in too.

You stay in every draw for 18 months from your latest entry.

When the draws happen

On the 1st of every month at 10am UK time, starting on 1 December 2026.

How winners are picked

By computer, completely at random: everyone in the draw gets an equal chance. Each draw is recorded — the time, how many people were in it, a fingerprint of the list, and the winners — and a month’s draw can only ever run once.

How many winners

One winner for every 5 free spaces across all our classes on the day of the draw, with at least 1 and at most 10 winners a month.

The prize

A child’s whole first month of weekly swimming lessons free (one half-hour lesson a week, ages 3 to 14, at Maltman’s Green or Teikyo School), and the £19.99 registration fee waived. The prize is booked into a class that has a free space. It has no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money. If you have no children the right age, you can give your prize code to a friend or family member new to us.

Claiming your prize

We email winners a prize code. Claim it within 14 days by enrolling and typing the code in the “Prize or offer code” box; we’ll send a reminder 3 days before it runs out. A claimed prize takes you out of the draw.

If a prize isn’t claimed

If it isn't claimed by then, the prize lapses and you'll be re-entered after 6 months chilling 😊

Leaving the draw

Every draw email has a one-tap “Leave the monthly draw” link, and you’re out straight away. You can also reply to any draw email and ask. Marketing emails are separate: you only get them if you ticked the box, and every one has its own link to stop them.
