How   to    Book

Joining our community at Beaconsfield Swimming is straightforward and stress-free, with a simple monthly membership designed to fit busy family lives. No complicated term blocks — just consistent, year-round access to high-quality term-time lessons. Here's how it works:

1.   choose   your   class   code

You need to know your class code to choose the correct Kids Academy class (not needed for Tots 3yrs)

1Y - Beginner / requires flotation device to swim 5m on front or back. 
2R - can swim 5m on front & back without flotation device. 
2Rb - can swim 10m on front & back.
3B - can swim 10m in all 4 strokes.
4O - can swim 20m on front & back.
5W - can swim 50m+ on front & back.

Classes have suffixes that denote ability i.e. 
Kids Academy | Sat | 3.00pm | 1Y
Kids Academy | Wed | 5.30pm | 4O

3.   choose   your   Enrolment   tier

Three Weekly Enrolment Tiers
For both Tots 3yrs & Kids Academy 4 - 14yrs
Standard half-hour: £51.49 per month
Fast-Track 1hr: £102.98 per month
Advanced 1.5hrs: £154.47 per month

Choose one session for a Standard half-hour enrolment.
i.e. 5.30pm for a half-hour slot 5.30pm - 6pm.

Connect two or three sessions together to make a Fast-Track or Advanced enrolment.
i.e. 4pm & 4.30pm combine to make a 1hr slot 4pm-5pm.

Or choose sessions over multiple days.
i.e. 3pm Saturday & 2pm Sunday & 5pm Wednesday

2.   register   &   Enrol

1. Click the BOOK button below.
2. Register your family's details.
3. Choose your class(es).
You will be able to choose 3yrs classes or by different abilities from beginner through to advanced.
4. We check your enrolment(s) manually and confirm details by email.
Any errors can be easily rectified so don't worry if you make a mistake!
5. Payment is processed (only following manual confirmation).
6. We'll see you at the pool!

Enrolment   details

• Simple Monthly Membership
Easy, rolling plan spreads costs evenly over the year for predictable budgeting.
Every year you receive 35 term-time sessions.

• Secure Your Spot 
Your first payment locks in your class space and covers the first full month's enrolment.

• Starting mid-month?
Pay the pro-rated swims + next full month.
i.e. 1 x swim in January £17.65 + February £51.49 = £69.14

• Sibling Enrolments 
All ages and abilities can be in the same session. 
Choose the same day(s) & time(s) to align all your kids' sessions.
(Note: Tots 3yrs classes are Saturdays only)

• Automatic Payments 
Future payments are made automatically from card on the 1st monthly — no hassle.

• Flexible Cancellations
Cancel anytime with 4wks notice. You make one final month's payment and see out that month's swimming.
