High-Level Safety Summary - Drawing from our comprehensive Safety Strategy, here's how we go above and beyond

•  Extra-Conservative Ratios: For beginners in shallow ends, classes of up to 6 children with a minimum of 2 staff (1 qualified teacher + 1 pool helper/assistant), achieving an effective 3:1 ratio for close, hands-on support. For improving/advanced swimmers, a 6:1 ratio with teachers poolside--well below typical baselines to minimize risks and maximize attention.

•   Qualified Teachers and Helpers: All staff hold relevant qualifications like Swim England Level 1/2 with lifesaving elements or RLSS UK NPLQ.

•  Lifeguard: Lifeguards are flexibly placed poolside or in-water based on site-specific risk assessments, ensuring quick response while teachers handle scanning - fully flexible and compliant with HSE's non-prescriptive guidance (HSG179 para 82).
